General notes:
- All keepsakes come framed and ready to hang.
- Price and shipping costs are for delivery of your keepsake within three weeks after we receive your materials. Rush service is available at additional charges.
- Photographs are included in keepsakes at no extra charge. However, if you send us an original photograph that you would like to be returned or restored, we will be happy to scan, restore, and reprint your photo; small additional fees may apply.
If the materials are too large for the size you have selected, we will
contact you to discuss your options before proceeding (for example, the Dylan
Bar Mitzvah invitation is too large for a Silver Keepsake). - Sales tax is charged to all orders from customers in Massachusetts.

How to Order
It’s Quick and Simple – Just Follow These
Four Steps
Step 1. Tell us what you want
Contact Purple Raincoat by phone at 617.803.0366 or by email at info@purpleraincoat.com to discuss the specifics of your order. The specifics include:
- The size of your keepsake, plus framing and matting options.
- The amount due (including taxes and rush charges, if applicable)
- Form of payment
- Shipping instructions
We will email you an invoice and confirmation of your order.
Step 2. Gather your materials and package them securely
- Collect everything you want to be part of your Purple Raincoat framed keepsake – the invitation, envelope lining, thank-you note, photographs – anything that is paper-based and would add meaning to your keepsake.
- Package all your materials so that they cannot be bent or crushed. For example, protect them with pieces of cardboard in a padded envelope. Address the package before you insert the materials.
- Do not use paper clips or anything else to hold the materials together.
- If you are paying by check, include the check in the package with your keepsake materials.

Your Responsibilities
- You are responsible for delivering materials in good condition that you would like included in your Purple Raincoat keepsake (we cannot be responsible for any items that are damaged in transit).
- You must tell us if there is a particular date by which you need the finished product.
- You also are responsible for telling us anything that would affect our design work – the desire for a specific second color, for example, or the need to absolutely avoid a certain color).
Beyond that, all you have to do is sit back and let us do all the work.
Returns
We want you to be completely happy with your Purple Raincoat keepsake. The examples on this website are intended to give you a good idea of our style. We believe that you are placing an order because you like what you see. This is important because each Purple Raincoat keepsake is unique and made to order; therefore, we cannot accept returns.
However, if something breaks, we will fix it. We stand behind the quality of every one of our creations.Privacy Information
